The activities of the Department’s graduate students are defined through a yearly plan, which is created by the researcher together with their advisor and approved by the CCP and the Board of the Linguistic Department. This plan should prioritize the planning of research proposed by graduate students, but also include, especially in the case of students in longer programs, teaching activities (for example, a course taught together with the advisor at the graduate level); being a scientific initiation advisor; promoting events in their field of research and participating in outreach activities promoted by the Department. These set of activities, chosen autonomously in each individual plan, has helped truly integrate graduate students into the routine of university academic life, with significant benefits both for their ongoing education and to enrich and diversify the activities of the Department.
